Le présent jeu-concours est organisé par Vipamat, domicilié(e) 3 rue Gustave Eiffel, 56270 Ploemeur, désigné ci-après la « société organisatrice » ou « Vipamat ». Le règlement est déposé à la SELARL ACTA – PIERSON et ASSOCIES titulaire d’un office d’huissier de justice domiciliée 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3. Il peut être adressé à titre gratuit (timbre remboursé sur simple demande), à toute personne qui en fait la demande auprès de la société organisatrice.
La société organisatrice se réserve le droit de prolonger, écourter, modifier ou annuler son opération à tout moment, notamment en cas de force majeure, sans qu’il puisse être prétendu à aucune indemnité par les participants. Le règlement modifié par avenant(s), sera déposé, le cas échéant à la SELARL ACTA – PIERSON et ASSOCIES titulaire d’un office d’huissier de justice domiciliée 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.

The present contest is organized by Vipamat, domiciled at 3 rue Gustave Eiffel, 56270 Ploemeur, designated hereafter as the “organizing company” or “Vipamat”. The rules are deposited at the SELARL ACTA – PIERSON et ASSOCIES, holder of a bailiff’s office, domiciled at 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3. It can be sent free of charge (stamp reimbursed on request), to any person who requests it from the organizing company.
The organizing company reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel its operation at any time, in particular in case of force majeure, without any compensation being claimed by the participants. The rules, modified by amendment(s), will be deposited, if necessary, with the SELARL ACTA – PIERSON et ASSOCIES, holder of a bailiff’s office domiciled at 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.
- Lots / Prize
Les participants ont la possibilité de gagner les 3 lots suivants :
- 1 x fauteuil roulant Hippocampe Plage et Tout-terrain avec son pack dossier réglable, couleur et taille au choix, équipé des 8 options suivantes :
- Une paire d’accoudoirs
- Un harnais ou une ceinture ventrale (au choix)
- Un appui-tête réglable
- Des freins de parking
- Une paire de roues ballons
- Un sac transport
- Un sac dossier
- Un sac pour les roues ballons
Si le participant ne souhaite pas une ou plusieurs options, celles-ci ne pourront pas être remplacées par une autre option ni compensées de quelque manière que ce soit.
La valeur du lot varie en fonction du pays de destination, elle sera donc exprimée en valeur TTC en France métropolitaine. La valeur du lot avec l’option ceinture est de 4166,50€. La valeur du lot avec l’option harnais est de 4201,50€.
Cette valeur ne comprend pas les frais d’envoi, qui seront eux aussi pris en charge par « Vipamat », et qui dépendront du pays de destination.
- 2 x bons d’achat de 300€ valable un an à partir de la publication des résultats.
Valeurs de ces lots : 300€ TTC chacun
La remise des lots n’impliquera aucun frais pour les participants.
La remise du lot ne pourra pas être effectuée sous forme de somme d’argent.
Le remise du premier lot (le fauteuil) se fera dans le pays du gagnant, par l’intermédiaire d’un revendeur ou distributeur « Vipamat » si cela est possible.
Les lots bons d’achats seront envoyés par mail aux gagnants.
« Vipamat » expédiera le fauteuil du 1er lot dans un délai de six mois après publication des résultats.

Participants have the opportunity to win the following 3 prizes:
- 1 x Hippocampe Beach and All Terrain wheelchair with its adjustable backrest pack, choice of color and size, equipped with the following 8 options:
- A Pair of armrests
- A harness or a waist belt (your choice)
- An adjustable headrest
- Parking brakes
- A pair of balloon wheels
- A transport bag
- A backrest bag
- A bag for the balloon wheels
If the participant does not wish one or more options, these cannot be replaced by another option or compensated in any way.
The value of the prize varies according to the country of destination, it will therefore be expressed in value including VAT in metropolitan France. The value of the prize with the belt option is 4166.50€. The value of the lot with the harness option is 4201,50€.
This value does not include the shipping costs, which will also be taken care of by « Vipamat », and which will depend on the country of destination.
- 2 x 300€ vouchers valid for one year from the publication of the results.

The delivery of the prizes will not involve any expenses for the participants.
The delivery of the prize will not be done in the form of money.
The delivery of the first prize (the wheelchair) will be made in the winner’s country, through a « Vipamat » retailer or distributor if possible.
The voucher prizes will be sent by e-mail to the winners.
« Vipamat » will send the wheelchair of the first prize within six months after publication of the results.

Une personne peut participer plusieurs fois au présent jeu-concours dans le respect des modalités suivantes :
Une même personne peut participer 3 fois, en participant une fois sur chaque réseau de communication à savoir : 1 fois sur le site, 1 fois sur le compte Instagram Vipamat et 1 fois sur le compte Facebook Vipamat World.
Si une personne participe plusieurs fois sur un réseau ou sur le site, un seul commentaire ou formulaire sera pris en compte sur chaque réseau pour les tirages.

A person may participate several times in this contest in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
The same person may participate 3 times, participating once on each communication network, namely: 1 time on the site, 1 time on the Vipamat Instagram account and 1 time on the Vipamat World Facebook account.
If a person participates several times on a network or on the site, only one comment or form will be taken into account on each network for the draws.

Désignation des gagnants
Les gagnants seront déterminés de la manière suivante :
Sur chaque réseau, une personne différente sera tirée au sort.
Un gagnant sera tiré au sort parmi les commentaires Instagram. Ce tirage se fera par le biais du site www.commentpicker.com/
Un gagnant sera tiré au sort parmi les commentaires Facebook. Ce tirage se fera par le biais du site www.commentpicker.com/
Un gagnant sera tiré au sort parmi les formulaires du site vipamat. Ce tirage se fera par le biais du site www.tirage-au-sort.net/.
Parmi ces 3 gagnants, un deuxième tirage au sort sera effectué pour déterminer le gagnant du fauteuil. Les deux autres gagnants recevront un bon d’achat de 300€ valable sur la gamme Hippocampe de Vipamat. Ce dernier tirage sera effectué par les dirigeants de Vipamat . La vidéo de ce tirage sera disponible sur simple demande à l’adresse email : communication@vipamat.com

Among these 3 winners, a second draw will be made to determine the winner of the chair. The two other winners will receive a 300€ voucher valid on the Hippocampe range from Vipamat. Le gagnant Instagram sera contacté uniquement par le compte Instagram @vipamat ;
Le gagnant Facebook par le compte Vipamat World.
Le gagnant du site internet recevra les résultats par mail.
Les gagnants devront recontacter Vipamat par les mêmes biais pour recevoir leurs lots.

The website winner will receive the results by email.
The winners will have to contact Vipamat by the same means to receive their prizes.

Des données à caractère personnel concernant les participants sont collectées avec leur consentement dans le cadre de ce jeu-concours dans le but d’établir l’identité du participant, de le prévenir en cas de gain et de lui remettre le lot lui étant attribué.
Les données à caractère personnel des participants seront conservées pendant une durée de trois mois et traitées par le service marketing de « Vipamat » et ses prestataires.
Les participants pourront s’inscrire à la newsletter par le biais du formulaire du jeu concours. Dans ce cas, la politique de données personnelles des newsletters de « Vipamat » s’appliquera.
